FORecast Management of DEMAND

Your demand has a shape.
Most companies never see it.

FormDemand gives shape to operational noise — forecasting models, inventory intelligence, and AI-assisted planning systems that turn raw demand data into confident decisions, for manufacturers, distributors, and consumer goods companies from the mid-market to the global shelf.

The name

The name is the method

FORM is short for FORecast Management — and it spells out how we work. Every engagement runs the same loop: forecast the demand, optimize the plan against it, respond when reality disagrees, and measure whether the numbers earned their keep.

It's also literal. Demand data arrives formless — a million transactions, a thousand SKUs, no shape a leadership team can act on. Our job is to give it form: a classification, a forecast, a plan, a number on a page that ends an argument.

Form the demand. Then trust the plan.

Practices

Four ways we give demand its form

Each practice pairs statistical rigor with AI where it genuinely earns its place — and skips it where a well-built model and a disciplined process do the job better.

P1 — DEMAND

Demand Intelligence

Pattern classification across your full SKU base, statistical and machine-learning forecasts matched to each demand type, and accuracy scorecards your leadership can hold the process to.

For teams still planning in a spreadsheet nobody trusts.

P2 — INVENTORY

Inventory Intelligence

ABC/XYZ segmentation tuned to your economics, deadstock and excess detection with prioritized burn-down plans, and live Days-of-Supply visibility across every warehouse.

For balance sheets carrying millions in stock nobody questioned.

P3 — S&OP

Planning Transformation

S&OP designed, stood up, and facilitated until it runs without us — cadence, data pipelines, executive dashboards, and the meeting discipline that turns numbers into commitments.

For companies that tried S&OP twice and watched it die twice.

P4 — AUTOMATION

Decision Automation

AI agents and automated workflows for the planning grunt work: exception flagging, ERP-to-3PL reconciliation, report generation, and alerting — so planners spend their time deciding, not compiling.

For teams whose best analyst spends Mondays exporting data.

Engagements

Fixed scope. Fixed fee. Yours to keep.

No hourly meters, no open-ended retainers, no dependency by design. Every engagement ends with your team able to run what we built.

Most engagements start here

Inventory Health Audit

Find the cash trapped in your warehouse.

  • Full SKU-base classification, tuned to your economics
  • Deadstock & excess flagged, dollars attached, burn-down prioritized
  • Live Days-of-Supply dashboard, refreshable from your ERP
  • Safety stock recommendations by warehouse
$4,5002–3 weeks

Demand Forecast Rebuild

Stop planning off gut feel.

  • Demand pattern classification, full SKU base
  • Right model per pattern — statistical or ML, chosen on evidence
  • Accuracy scorecard with phased targets to 80%+
  • Handover documentation your planners actually use
from $6,5003–4 weeks

Fractional Planning Leader

A working S&OP process in 90 days.

  • Month 1 — process, pipelines, cadence, dashboards
  • Months 2–3 — we facilitate, your team learns by running it
  • Day 91 — handover, or continue on retainer
  • Proven cadence from inside a global energy company
$3,500/mo90 days

Enterprise scope — multi-region portfolios, custom AI planning systems, and subcontracted delivery alongside existing consulting partners — is quoted per engagement. All work is contracted through Fenola Dynamics LLC.

Method

The FORM Loop

Every engagement installs the same four-step operating rhythm. It's S&OP distilled to its working parts — simple enough to run monthly, rigorous enough to trust.

F

Forecast

Classify demand patterns across the full SKU base and fit the right model to each — statistical where it wins, machine learning where it earns its place.

O

Optimize

Translate the forecast into inventory targets, safety stocks, and supply plans — by warehouse, by segment, with the economics visible.

R

Respond

Automated exception flagging the moment actuals diverge from plan, so corrections happen in days — not at quarter-end.

M

Measure

Accuracy and bias scored monthly, by segment, on a dashboard leadership actually opens. The loop closes; the next forecast gets smarter.

FORM · FORecast Management — the loop is the name, and the name is the promise.

Outcomes

Engagements end in numbers, not decks

What this work typically surfaces and delivers, based on the frameworks our founder has built and run inside a global energy company's operations.

6–7 figures

of working capital typically flagged in a first inventory audit — deadstock, excess, and misallocated safety stock with dollars attached.

to 80%+

forecast accuracy through phased targets — realistic steps from wherever your baseline is, scored honestly, month over month.

1,269 SKUs

reconciled between SAP and 3PL systems in a single framework our founder built — the same discipline every FormDemand engagement inherits.

Figures reflect the founder's in-house work and typical engagement scope; every operation is different, which is what the scoping call is for.

Leadership

An operator at the helm, not a slide deck

FormDemand is led by Ibrahim Fenola — a supply chain analytics leader who currently runs demand planning, S&OP, and inventory analytics inside a subsidiary of a global energy company, and builds the machinery himself: classification frameworks across hundreds of SKUs, SAP-to-3PL reconciliations, and the executive dashboards leadership actually opens.

Before supply chain, he spent twelve years turning massive telecom network datasets into optimization decisions for Nokia, Ericsson, and Huawei. Different industry, same discipline: find the signal, give it form, prove it worked.

Every FormDemand engagement gets that person — not a partner who sells and a junior who delivers.

FAQ

Fair questions

What does FormDemand actually mean?
FORM is short for FORecast Management, and it spells our operating loop: Forecast, Optimize, Respond, Measure. It's also literal — demand data arrives formless, and our work is giving it form your leadership can act on.
Do you need access to our ERP or systems?
No. We work from standard exports — SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, QuickBooks, or plain spreadsheets. No system access or integrations are required to start, and all data is handled under NDA. If you later want automated refreshes, we build those into tools your team controls.
How is AI actually used — and when is it not?
AI earns its place in three spots: classifying demand patterns at scale, machine-learning forecasts for the demand types that defeat classical models, and automation agents that kill planning grunt work like exception flagging and reconciliation. Where a disciplined statistical model outperforms — and for many SKU patterns it does — we use that instead, and show you the evidence either way. We sell accuracy, not buzzwords.
How do fees work?
Fixed scope, fixed fee, agreed in a written SOW before work begins. Half on signing, half on delivery. Anything beyond the agreed deliverables is quoted separately, so the price you agree to is the price you pay. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices.
What size company is this for?
Core engagements fit manufacturers and distributors roughly $20M–$500M in revenue — big enough to have real SKU complexity, not yet big enough to staff a full analytics team. Enterprise and multi-region scope, including subcontracted delivery alongside your existing consulting partners, is quoted per engagement.
What do we keep when the engagement ends?
Everything. Models, dashboards, templates, and handover documentation written so your team runs it without us. Dependency is not our business model — repeat business should come from new problems, not lock-in.
